Grace Webb is a qualified teacher and journalist/television presenter in the sport & automotive field with a friendly and engaging style that appeals to all ages. From a family of petrol heads and as the granddaughter of Donington Park’s Race Circuit founder Tom Wheatcroft, Grace’s enthusiasm for adrenaline-fuelled sports doesn’t come as a surprise.
With two-wheeled machinery being Grace’s passion, she now headlines the presenting team for the world-famous TT Motorcycle Road Races held on the Isle of Man, bringing all the action and interviews to the ITV4 highlight shows as well as live coverage on the TT+ platform. Grace also presents coverage on the same platforms for the TT’s launch and sister event, The Manx Grand Prix Races. She continues to be at the front of motorsport presenting and journalism after her appearance in the last two series of ‘Fifth Gear: Recharged’, where she can be found exploring all things electric - from installing a home charger to driving hybrid Ferraris around the mountains of Modena, as well as being the resident electric motorcycle tester. Grace’s professionalism and clarity has led to her working on national & global campaigns and social content, for brands such as DAF Trucks, Goodwood, Yamaha and Suzuki, and her captivating style makes her perfect for live event hosting as well, with brands such as Triumph, Motors and Honda also choosing Grace to engage their vast audiences in person.
Grace’s love of motorsport led to her first television appearance as an interviewer on ‘Motors TV’ for popular motorcycle championship ‘Thundersport GB’ in 2012. Whilst Grace was filming for Motors TV, she also studied for a degree in Primary Education. Her passion for inspiring and motivating young minds, led Grace to be a classroom teacher for four and a half years before moving to an Assistant Headteacher role for a further year and a half. With her experience as a teacher, Grace was very much welcomed by the audience and has had positive praise for her education work on ‘BBC Bitesize’, the corporations biggest ever education programme, which later went on to win a Royal Television Society Award for Best Digital Creativity in 2021.
Grace’s work in education teamed with her love of motorsport made her the perfect candidate to present on the ‘Amazing Machines’ series for Cbeebies, BBC. ‘Grace’s Amazing Machines’ sees Grace introduce pre-school audiences to some of the biggest, fastest and most amazing machines in the world. Grace’s natural and enthusiastic style has made the show very popular with both children and parents and has gone on to air four series as well as winning ‘Best Pre-School Children’s Programme’ at the Royal Television Society Awards in 2022 and was also BAFTA Nominated for ‘Best Pre-School Live Action’ show in the same year. Grace has also supported educational campaigns with brands such as Toyota, Morphy Richards & Mastercard as well as hosts her own inspirational primary school workshops focussing on her favourite subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.

When Grace is not around motors, she can also be seen on Eurosport, ESPN or FreeSportsTV presenting coverage of British Triathlons and marathons – a keen runner herself, completing the London Marathon in 2019! Grace is known for her love of adventure, discovering new things and taking on a challenge. She is an action & motorsport addict, and is one to watch in the world of sports and factual programming.
